We have implemented new strategic policies in our warehouse to ensure our operations continue, and meet the critical standards of care necessary, for our customer’s welfare. So that we can continue to serve you through the Covid 19 pandemic, our couriers operate a strict, no contact delivery service, allowing you the peace of mind you deserve.

From the time of your purchase, you have 14 days grace to decide if it is the right choice for you. Until the world returns to normal, we all must adapt to the changes. We are adapting our policies and our business for you. For the future.


Delivery of leather goods

We at Ashwood Handbags accept orders from all over the world, the website stock levels are live and and always up to date and are linked to our goods out warehouse. All prices will be displayed in your local currency based on the average exchange rates. Delivery charges and taxes will automatically be calculated and as we charge in GB Pounds but prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only as the amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency into GB pounds.

Your order will be sent out to you by UPS services and couriers. All orders are all tracked for both our and customer satisfaction.

Delivery Charges are:

United Kingdom MainlandFREE for goods over £50 and £5.99 for any goods below £50, taking around 1-3 working days approximately – tracked using UPS

European Delivery£25.00 taking around 3-7 working days approximately – tracked using UPS


Rest of World Delivery£50.00, taking around 7-10 working days approximately – tracked using UPS


Returns policy

From the time of receipt of your purchased leather item you can give yourself 14 days to decide whether its right for you or not. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and after receiving your item, if you don’t want to keep it for any reason, you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund. The cost for returning the item is your responsibility.

Anything that’s purchased and returned outside of 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the amount you paid for that item which can be used at a later date to purchase another item.

We just need you to return the item in exactly the same condition in which it was sent out to you.Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition, We reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our store.

For leather jackets they must have the original tags, be unworn. For leather wallets, leather bags all branded original boxes in which the item came in must also be returned undamaged. We would also ask if you could place the returns note as proof of purchase so the team can deal with your order in a quick and efficient way.

Refunds and exchanges in the UK – if any, shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Again please make sure you enclose the returns note together with item being returned back to us. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge for all UK customers. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange to the address below only, and not to any walk in stores owned by Leather Company. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Customer Orders

All items shown on our website are in stock based at our UK warehouse, ready for immediate despatch. If in the unlikely event or for any reason, your item is not available upon completion of your order we will contact you immediately.

Your order is accepted once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we have received your payment and the item will be despatched from our goods out warehouse based in the UK on the same day as payment is received and dispatched with UPS using a tracking number. Please check the address that is selected for delivery as we are unable to make changes once your order is placed with Occasionally and very rarely events outside of our control may mean delays are incurred. We will notify you if this is the case. All orders are sent out using UPS as our chosen courier once payment is accepted, using a tracking code. However for unknown reasons our courier UPS may experience delays in transit. are then required to abide by the terms and conditions of the delivery company.

On all orders you can pay by credit or Debit card and Paypal via the website. Cards we accept ( Mastercard / Visa /Visa Delta / visa Debit/ Maestro ).

Please note products and prices are subject to change and we charge in GB pounds so prices in your local currency are for guidance purposes only. Please refer to the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction to change your currency in to GB pounds. This applies to refunds too as rates fluctuate, cost may incur from your card provider. Ashwood Handbags is not responsible for the changing rates in any given country.

We will not be held responsible for pricing error of goods due to internal or software problems. Ashwood Handbags reserves the right to decline orders if this is the case.
